How do I care for my jewelry?

All pieces are meant to (and can be) worn every day. However, it is completely normal for jewelry to become less shiny, dirty, or tarnished over time.

If you do need to clean your piece, soak in warm water with some gentle dish soap for 10 minutes. Take a soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush, then rinse with warm water and wipe clean with a fabric cloth.

Do you have a warranty?

Within the first 6 months of purchase, if you experience any damages, (i.e. a broken chain, faulty clasp, or a missing stone), repairs will be done free of charge. Damages caused by normal wear and tear (naturally occurring scratches to the metal, etc.) will not be covered. If you are within the 6 month timeframe, email info@kishjewelry.com with a photo and brief explanation of what needs to be repaired. Please note, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes! Depending on availability, though I will always aim to take custom requests. To discuss your vision and/or to get a quote, please email info@kishjewelry.com.

What is your return policy?
