Processing Time
Please expect up to three weeks to process and ship your order, as each piece of jewelry is created and/or cast especially for you. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information.

United States
Kish Jewelry offers free shipping on all US orders, and everything is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Outside of the US
Any orders outside of the US will be shipped via DHL Express. Shipping fees are a flat rate depending on your country.
Please note, you may be charged for tariffs, duties and/or taxes once the package reaches the country in which you live. The customer is responsible for paying any additional fees and complying with the laws applicable to your country.
Shipping Insurance
Kish Jewelry has partnered with the Route app; rates and the option to add insurance to your order at checkout.
Once orders are shipped, Kish Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur with the carrier or the delivery or your package. In the case of any lost or stolen packages, please direct your inquiries to Route if you opted in to shipping insurance, or the shipping carrier if you opted out.
